Max Merckenschlager, a member of the German team, turned to be the best competitor in class F4C (radio control) during the 21st World Championships for Scale Model Aircraft. Piotr Zawada became the new World Champion in class F4B. In fact, Polish competitors managed to won the first three places.

The second round of flights in class F4B (control line) finished on Thursday. Polish competitors are still the leaders in this class. Piotr Zawada came in first. He is followed by the current world champion Marian Kaziród and Jerzy Grzelski.
